Trophy hunters have killed the son of a famous lion. The death of Cecil the Lion sparked international outrage when he was shot in 2015 by a Minnesota dentist who'd reportedly lured him outside the boundaries of a National Park in Zimbabwe. Now Cecil's son, a six year old lion named Xanda, has died the same way.
The "Daily Telegraph" reports Xanda died a few days ago after leaving the boundaries of the same park. He wore a tracking collar from scientists at Oxford University. The lion's killer was reportedly part of an exclusive trophy hunt. The hunter's name has not been revealed.
