239 Souls aboard.

This aircraft, owned by Malaysia Airlines was on a regular flight from Kuala Lumpor to Beijing when it disapeared Friday.   Even more ominous, there was no "Mayday" or flight emergency declared by the flight crew.

The Vietnamese government says it's rescue teams have spotted two oil slicks off the southern tip of that nation.  They were between 6 and 9 miles long.  The plane was fully loaded with fuel for the trip to the Chinese capital.

There is no way to know what has happened, but experts say the lack of a radio call from the crew can mean a catastrophe in flight.

There were three Americans on board the plane.
