Looking for free publicity?

TV Judge Joe Brown has been arrested in Memphis, Tennessee after being what some people might call "indicative" in a city courtroom.  The TV judge was sticking his nose in a legal case that didn't concern him, and stormed down on the real judge,  who finally had enough, ruled the pretend judge in contempt, and threw him in jail.

Why would Joe Brown do such an apparently foolish thing?  It might have something to do with the fact he is running for DA in Memphis.  As as they say, as long as you spell the name right, there is no such thing as bad publicity.
