Wet Seal, the store you loved to shop at the mall in middle school, closed all stores last year and even shut down its online presence. Your pre-teen self may have shed a few tears over not being able to get their affordable fashions anymore, but then a cryptic message on the brand’s website announced it could possibly be returning.
Well, now that time has come and not only is Wet Seal’s site back, they’re now making plus and curve clothing a priority. According to a press release, the label’s fans “demanded a comeback” of their curve range through crowdsourcing and online voting.
Their return brings a social media campaign focused on strong, confident women, with hashtag #WetSealGetsReal. Their new collection features everything from bodycon sweaters to bralets and jean jackets. And the best part? These on-trend looks range from just $10 to $42.
