These people have a special talent for making you feel like you're the crazy one - like your emotions and feelings are invalid.
But let me tell you, you are human, and that includes experiencing all the ups and downs that life throws your way.
So, don't let those toxic folks bring you down with their manipulative tactics.
It's time to stand up for yourself and say "no more." Let them deal with their own toxicity, because you deserve to be surrounded by positivity and love. So go ahead, cut them out of your life and let yourself breathe a sigh of relief.
