Old Dominion Postpones Shows Due To Frontman’s Surgery

Old Dominion’s high energy frontman, Matthew Ramsey did not plan for 2019 to “kick off” with a leg surgery, but that’s exactly what is happening and it's causing shows to be postponed.

"Unfortunately the truth is that I’ve been playing with an injury for some time now. (You may have noticed less pictures being posted of me flying through the air recently!) Unfortunately, the only way I can get back to the old me is to fix some things surgically. I want to be able to put on the best show I possibly can for you all, and in order to do that, I’ve got to take care of myself." Matthew told Billboard. “I thank you all in advance for understanding, and I look forward to making a full recovery so that we all rock together. See you soon!”

The postponed shows are February 14th in Windsor, Ontario; the 15th in Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and the 16th Fort Wayne, Indiana. Jordan Davis will remain on the bill, however, Mitchell Tenpenny will now be replacing Morgan Evans as support for the new show dates.

Old Dominion has scored hits with songs like "Break Up with Him", "Snapback" and "Hotel Key." For ticket and show information, visit www.weareolddominion.com.
