A pregnant woman named Rachel Singleton was having dinner with her husband Mark last Wednesday at their house near Liverpool, England.
And when Mark sprinkled some pepper on his food, it made her sneeze, which made her go into LABOR.
Apparently they were planning to do an at-home birth anyway. Because they texted their midwife instead of going to a hospital.
But then Rachel's contractions started coming really fast, so MARK had to step up.
He says the whole thing was pretty nerve-racking. But luckily he stayed calm and did a great job.
The midwife finally got there about an hour later, but the baby was already out by then. Rachel and their new son Hugo are both doing great.
