Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile users across the country are reporting outages.
According to Downdetector, nearly 100,000 users have reported experiencing issues.
The problems started around 9:30 a.m. Eastern.
Some people say their phone is stuck in SOS mode, and they're unable to send texts or make calls.
It's not clear what's causing the outages.
