A woman in Australia has to gear up for combat when hanging her laundry outside. TikTokker @gunkasey, shared a video that shows her wearing a helmet to do the chore and the reason for it: a butcherbird dive bombing her.
The vid shows the bird hitting the woman’s helmet. Butcherbirds are similar to magpies, swooping between September and November in Australia during their breeding season.
Magpie attacks have actually seriously injured and killed people, but so far butcherbirds aren’t as lethal.
