A German artist reportedly constructed a towering structure out of 63,000 beer coasters in an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record, but now his work is in a pile.
In now-viral footage, a young girl can be seen pulling out a piece from the creation, causing it to tumble like a house of cards.
It’s not as bad as it sounds, though. Creator Benjamin Klapper says the piece started to collapse into itself, so he invited viewers of the work to play “beer mat Jenga… pulling pieces off. Klapper says “Each person took a turn removing a beer mat from the structure until it fell.
The winner was the daughter of one of my helpers.” Klapper fell short of the world record due to the partial collapse, so he decided to have fun with it.
