Taylor Swift made a surprise cameo ahead of the Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony on Friday…kind of.
The singer appeared in a pre-taped video during NBC’s coverage of the event to cheer on athletes ahead of the official ceremony.
She delivered a message praising their sacrifices, determination, and passion, calling their journeys “really inspiring.”
She added, “I am very grateful for everything you’ve done to get to this point in your life,” while wishing them luck and a safe, memorable Games.
The Winter Olympics run until February 22nd.
