A woman flying out of Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas left her dog there and is now in legal trouble.
The woman apparently stopped at an airline counter with her golden doodle/mini-poodle mix, talked with an employee then tied the dog to the counter and left.
Police say the woman didn't complete the proper documentation to fly with her dog as a service animal.
They asked the woman why she would just leave her pet; her reported response was that the dog had a tracking device and she assumed it would be fine.
The woman was arrested and never claimed the dog from the shelter it was taken to, so the friendly two-year-old pup is now up for adoption.
