Michael J. Fox's Rep Says He's Is Alive After CNN Suggests He Died

False rumors about Michael J. Fox’s death spread after a mistaken CNN tribute, but his rep confirmed to “TMZ” that “Michael is doing great.” In fact, on Tuesday, the actor made an appearance at PaleyFest in Los Angeles, joining the wrap party for the third season of "Shrinking." 

The confusion came from a mistakenly published segment that was quickly removed, with CNN apologizing for the error. "The package was published in error; we have removed it from our platforms and send our apologies to Michael J. Fox and his family,” a CNN spokesperson told “TMZ.” 

Meanwhile, Fox made a surprise appearance at PaleyFest LA on Tuesday to join the wrap party for the 3rd season of the comedy series "Shrinking," in which he guest stars.
