Aly MacI enjoy the simple things in life: long walks in the mall, peanut butter from the jar, and puppies oh, and a little Jack Daniels every now and again. I grew up on the east side of the state, but have LOVED West Michigan since going to college at Grand Valley State University. GO LAKERS! If Im not doing one of the aforementioned activities, Im probably working out in some way shape or form (dance parties with my friends count as cardio, right?), or Im catching up on my Netflix or shopping!My perfect Saturday includes: yoga, tailgating, pizza and a nap. Matt I was born and raised on the Lakeshore and got my start in radio while still attending West Ottawa High School in Holland. I have a very strong knowledge of the entire West Michigan area, having owned homes in both Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. In total, I have spent 19 years on the radio, 15 of them in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo. I worked my way up to being host of a major market morning show on the #1 country station in Miami, FL and later accepted an offer to join Clear Channel Radio in Charlotte, NC. However, I soon returned to West Michigan because I love the area, my friends and family are all here, and no matter where Ive been, those other places never felt like home. Im currently living in Byron Center with my wife of 9 years, Amanda, and our three rescued fur-kids, Dexter, Jake, and Fritz. Im a huge fan of music, sports, movies, and eating. I also enjoy sampling all the great micro-brews West Michigan has to offer.
