The search for the man who killed a complete stranger and posted video of the murder on Facebook has expanded nationwide and there's a $50,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
The man identified as Steve Stephens shot and killed an innocent 74-year-old man in Cleveland on Sunday. The victim was identified as Robert Godwin, Sr.
Stephens, who police say is armed and dangerous, has been described as a bald black man with a full beard. He's six-foot-one and weighs 244.
He was last seen driving a white Ford Fusion with the temporary Ohio license plates reading E363630.
Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson announced the $50,000 reward for information that leads to Stephen's arrest. The FBI, ATF and the U.S. Marshal Service have all pitched in for the reward.
